Open Remote Positions
Accountant
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and ensure compliance for our clients. You'll handle tasks like accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and strong analytical skills.
Bookkeeper
As a Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of our clients, ensuring their financial health is maintained. Your duties will include recording transactions, managing ledgers, and preparing financial statements. We are seeking someone with excellent organizational skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software.
Tax Preparer and Resolutionist
We need an expert to help clients with tax preparation and resolving complex tax issues. You will prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide guidance on tax planning. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of tax regulations and excellent problem-solving abilities. A CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus.
